Ownership Details/Contractual Obligations
The property is registered in the name of an individual. A purchase tax is payable levied at 10%. However should the purchaser be taking official residence in the property within 18 months from the signing of the deed of sale, the taxes are reduced to 3%.Land is taxed at 18% of the declared price. It is possible to buy the property as part of an ‘agricultural, forestry company’ on the condition that a part of the land is re-forested. In this case , the taxes are reduced to 1%. The taxes are also reduced to 1% if the estate is bought by a farmer or agricultural entrepreneur.
