State of repair
The house was completely very well restored twice in 2000 and the last one in 2011. The restoration work was carried out with great care and attention to preserve as many of the original features as possible and to create a traditional Tuscan country home. The ground floor is paved with terracotta tiles and the first floor and the bedrooms have wooden parquet flooring. The ceilings have exposed wooden beams with terracotta tiles inbetween (a traditional tuscan country ceiling) and the windows are made of solid wood.

Utilities
All the services are present such as: electricity, telephone line, heating system which uses gpl gas, mains water, two wells, and a satellite dish. The Last one has been done in 2011 with regular building permit

The property is listed at the NCEU in the comune of Cetona as A/7 for the building and at the NCT of the same comune for the land. It is noted as being a building which was originally constructed before 1967 and which has been subsequently restored in 2000 according to and within all the building regulations and planning permissions which were issued.
