The unique and eye-catching main entrance of the villa, accessed from the living room on the first floor, is characterized by a three arch portico with respect to the internal layout of the property, with a covered terrace with its three arches and cast iron banisters. There are also red-bricked archways and stone foundation that serenely blends in with the rest of the stone facade. The whole property is in good structural condition. The roof and ceilings are in a good state of repair.
All necessary utilities are present. Oil heating is currently used. The domestic hot water in summer is guaranteed with use of water heaters, it could be possible to connect the property to the mains gas network. Mains water is supplied through the public water supply.
